Welcome! We are pleased you want to partner with our shop.
We accept consignments Monday through Thursday 11-6pm.
NO APPOINTMENTS needed.

Below is a copy of our consignment rules.  Please read carefully.  We are looking forward to partnering with you for the amazing consignment shopping experience. 

  • Consignors will receive 50% of the last selling price of items less operating fees and Sales Tax. 
  • Money owed can be collected at any time in person at the store in the form of cash or check. To view sold items and balance due, please visit your consignor PORTAL, Your username and password are your full email address.  Once logged in, you may change your password as desired. Any uncollected funds after ONE year of the sale date will be converted to store credit and can ONLY be used to purchase items in the store.
  • Accepted items will be displayed in the store and online for 8 weeks. The selling price reduces according to our predetermined cycle.
  • Accepted Clothing, Shoes & Accessories must be:
    • Gently used.
    • Clean & Odor free
    • Less than 3 years old.
    • Clothing, wrinkle free & on hangers.
  • Household Items:
    • Must be in good working and ready to sell condition.
    • No chips or cracks.
    • Clean & Odor free.
  • Consignment Seasons:
    • Spring: February - April
    • Summer: May - July
    • Fall: August - October
    • Winter: November - January
  • Drop Off items Monday-Thursday 11-6pm, No appointments needed.  Fridays and Saturdays are Drop and Run only.  The Drop and Run "No Thank You" items will be donated without any further notice.
  • When bringing your items into our store, our team will only accept items that are best suited to our customers' preferences. Please understand that our customers’ preferences must be within our selection guideline. Our success amounts to your success! 
  • Each consignor will pay a consignor membership fee of $5. This fee is recurring annually. The renewal fee may be paid/covered by the items consignors sell.
  • Unsold items may be picked up from our store on or before the expiration date. The expiration date will be provided to you at time of drop off at the store.
  • After Expiration date, uncollected items will become store owned property and may not be given back to the consignor.
  • Un-sold items may eventually be donated to charities such as the Winston-Salem Rescue Mission at our discretion.
  • Accepted items put out to be sold that are later found with damages such as holes, tears, stains, broken zippers, chips, etc. will be either marked down or donated without further notification to the consignor.
  • Our team will do their best to safeguard consignors items. However, OOTB INC. is not responsible for damage or theft of items while in our possession
  • A small buyer’s fee is added to each item to cover operations expenses. This fee is paid by the buyer, not the consignor.
  • Un-collected payments after 12 months of last item drop off will turn into store credit and will NOT have any cash payout value.
  • OOTB INCORPORATED, D.B.A. Out of the Box Consignment, reserves the right to review the terms of this agreement and make any necessary updates or changes at any times without your consent.

    We accept consignment items Mon Thur 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday are Drop-N-Run days. Drop-N-Run unaccepted items will be donated at our discretion and will not be returned.
