Below is a copy of our consignment rules.  Please read carefully.  We are looking forward to partnering with you for the amazing consignment shopping experience. 

• Consignors will receive 50% of the selling price of items.
• Money owed to consignors can be collected at any time in the store in the form of cash or check. To view sold items and balance, please visit your consignor PORTAL.
• Accepted items will be displayed in the store and online for 8 weeks. The selling price reduces every two weeks by 20%, 35% and ending with 50% off
• Accepted Clothing, Shoes & Accessories must be:
• Gently used.
• Clean & Odor free
• Less than 3 years old.
• Clothing, wrinkle free & on hangers.
• Household Items:
• Must be in good working and ready to sell condition.
• No chips or cracks.
• Clean & Odor free.
• Consignment Seasons:
• Spring: January - March
• Summer: March - August
• Fall: August - October
• Winter: October - January
• When bringing your items into our store, our team will only accept items that are best suited to our customers preferences. Please understand that our customers’ preferences must be within our selection guideline. Our success amounts to your success! 
• Each consignor will pay a consignor membership fee of $5. This fee is recurring annually. The renewal fee may be paid/covered by the items consignors sell.
• Unsold items may be picked up from our store on/before the end of the consignment cycle. The end of the cycle date will be provided to you when items are dropped off at the store. If a consignor chooses not to collect their unsold items, those items become store property. Unsold items may eventually be donated to charities such as the Winston-Salem Rescue Mission at our discretion. 
• Accepted items put out to be sold that are later found with damages such as holes, tears, stains, broken zippers, chips, etc. will be either marked down or donated without further notification to the consignor.
• Our team will do their best to safeguard consignors items. However, OOTB INC. is not responsible for damage or theft of items while in our possession
• A small buyer’s fee will be added to items to cover ticketing expense. This fee is paid by the buyer, not the consignor
• OOTB INCORPORATED, D.B.A. Out of the Box Consignment, reserves the right to review the terms of this agreement and make any necessary updates or changes at any times without your consent.
